Updating excel sheets by year

I have created an excel form which holds all 2007 information. Is there a way of copying this form (or sheets), but automatically change all the dates (on the sheet and formula's) 1 year forward.

Its a long shot i know, but its going to be a long drawn out process if i have to do it manualy!

Assuming your dates is in coloumn a1:a365 you can enter 365 into any cell and copy it (ctrl+c). Then mark a1:a365 and paste special and choose add (bottom half). You will be one day shot however.
