    exporting to ACT!

I am looking to export data from excel into ACT via the ACT dropdown menu. I have mapped all the columns to the corresponding fields in ACT but when i hit "Attach to ACT" i get an error message "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open." I have messed around a bit trying to solve this error and have had no luck searching online for the solution. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried pushing data from Excel to Act!, but in Act! you can import from an Excel spreadsheet.

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

Use Save As in Excel and save your file as either .txt or .csv format. Act! will recognise either one as a text delimited file.
