Linking multiple workbooks based on a specific user name...

Okay, I can tell I've scared off people. Let me try something else. Would it be easier if, when the user name was typed in the master workbook, I could somehow have the appropiate worksheet copied into the master workbook temporarily? That way, I can reference everything locally? Then, I would just need a way to remove the copied worksheets before exiting the master document. Anybody?
