Thanks Flintstone, that looks about right. I'll try implementing it to my own file tomorrow and hopefully it'll give the right result.Originally Posted by Flintstone

Thanks Flintstone, that brings the data into the 3rd sheet in alphabetical order.
That does 90% of it.
The final step is to make the data sort in a different order automatically. Is this possible.
Basically I have included an excel file showing what I have after getting all the data sorted in alphabetical order in TB1 and then in TB2 shows what I want to get its basically sort descending on column L, L3 to L27 extending the sort to B3.
I know its very easy do manually but it'd be handier if it did it automatically.
See attached file for examples.

I’m confused when you say, “and then in TB2 shows what I want to get its basically sort descending on column L, L3 to L27 extending the sort to B3.” If you could expand on this it might help me to understand.
I’m guessing you want column L to be sorted in descending order automatically and then all the data to the left of it would sort accordingly to match, is this correct?
Matt
Exactly Matt, sorry about the explanation. I'm pretty crap at explaining that kind of stuff.
This should do it.
That looks pretty good Matt. I'll get it loaded into mine in the morning and I'll let you know!
Cheers.
Martin.
