Updating spreadsheet

Hi,

Could anyone help me with this please...

I would like to copy from spreadsheet 1 and paste on spreadsheet 2, but on spreadsheet 2 i only want the ITEM NO. (CellA1) to match,then it would update the PRICE (B1) automatically, if ITEM NO. does not match then it does not consider existed nor appear at all on spreadsheet 2. Is there a formulas or IF formulas out there that i could use for this kind of work?

Furthermore, under PRICE when it show CALL on spreadsheet 1 it would update as Out of Stock on spreadsheet 2.


Please let me show the example in my spreadsheet.
