    VLOOKUP problem

I'm using vlookup to read General Ledger account values from one worksheet (FEBP) to another worksheet (feb). The feb worksheet contains my complete chart of accounts for 2 locations where as the FEBP worksheet only contains a list of accounts with activity for a given month. feb is set up with 01- then 02- accounts because we want to look at the account like this in order to consolidate them into the 01- account. Column D & E in the feb worksheet contains a VLOOKUP formula that is returning the same value for all the different accounts. I don't know why it is doing this. Please help. thanks.

    One problem

    Nander,

One problem that I see is that your GL #'s from Febp are different from the GL #'s on your feb page ie, 00-0100-00 on page FEBP and 00-100-00 on page feb. Correct the numbers and you Vlookup should work fine.

    HTH,

    Dean
