Hi,

is role based security possible in excel?

Consider the following scenario: -

I have protected an excel sheet with a password say "abc". Now i want that one user, who has higher priviledges, to be able to edit that sheet without entering password. But when any other user wants to edit that sheet, the excel would show the normal message of Read Only to that user.

Is this functionality possible in Excel?
