percentages between cell

I am trying to figure out what all this means. wierd question i know.

I am trying to figure out the percentages between cell S-3, T-3, U-3, V-3, W-3, X-3 and Y-3.
I also need to know how he came up with this, I have a friend who is messing with my head and wont tell me how he did it so I want to jack up his world and come up with the answers lol.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question.

I think you are asking how the formula in each cell works. If so, they are all basic formulas that follow the same format. I will break one of them down, and the rest should jive.

=(Q3*3.25+R3*2)/0.6

That says, Multiply the value in cell Q3 (in this case 1) by 3.25. 3.25*1=3.25
Add 3.25 to cell R3 (in this case 0) multiplied by 2. 0*2=0. 0+3.25 =3.25
Divide the result by 0.6. 3.25/0.6=5.41667
Format the cell as currency, which rounds to 2 decimals 5.42
