move data from a sheet

Hi i have 2 worksheets

sheet 1 column K is a list of phone numbers

sheet 2 column A is also a list of phone numbers

what i need to do is copy sheet 2 columns B, C, D, E
to sheet 1 column L, M, N ,O

if sheet 2 column A matches sheet 1 column K

NOTE:
there is duplicate numbers in both sheets, what i would really like is
select unquie numbers from sheet 2, then insert into L, M, N ,O where the number matches

can someone plz help, i have tried lookup but not quite sure what i am doing?
