regional settings

Hi all,
Can someone tell me how to make my template show pounds instead of dollars? Must be something to do with regional settings, but I cant find it.

This is what I would do...

If I wanted to change the regional settings. I would Copy and paste this question in the help box (top right corner in Excel)
'Change the default country/region' and follow the instructions.

If I wanted to change all cells in one workbook:
1. Ctrl+A to select all cells
2. Right click and select Format cells... Select Tab: Number > Category: Currency and select whatever format I needed.
