Automatically move to the next cell

Is it possible in Excel to move to the cell on the right after you enter data into a cell?

For instance have a cell set up to only accept four characters and once you enter four characters the cell to the right becomes active?

I don't know if it is possible in a cell, but it is possible if you use text boxes.
