Drop Down

I was browsing the threads and found a very interesting Order Form with a number of Drop down boxes and a sequential forms situation.
I took a copy of the zip but for the life of me cannot figure out how the drop down box situation worked in this case or locate the code for it.
The post was in the last couple of days.
I have tried to create a drop down box with the data in a 2nd sheet but to no avail.
Any assistance appreciated.
