    Duplicate issue

    Greetings,

I am working with a spreadsheet that I need to consolidate somehow. I have a list of all of our store locations. Each store location is listed 6-7 times (1700+ stores). Please tell me how I would be able to eliminate all but one row for each store location without manually deleting 5-6 rows per store ( that would be 1700+ times).

    Hi,

    Highlight your rows...then

    Go to

DATA>>Filter>>Advanced Filter, and then select "UNIQUE RECORDS ONLY"

    press OK.
