Drop Down list Button

Hi,

I have a drop down menu which changes certain values, but for the less computer savy how to i tell them there is a drop down box in that cell albeit telling them with text.

so my question is how do i get the cell to constantely display the little dropdown icon that is displayed when the cell is selected?
