The overdue doesn't bother me. I have that figured out. Whenever I recieve a bill in the mail I file it right then under the month that it is due. If I recieve a bill lets say on March 15 for something that is due on April 2. A week goes by and everything in March is caught up so I decide to pay the one that is due on April 2 but it is only March 22. I was trying to avoid having to move it from the April sheet to March sheet manually. Maybe that makes a little more sense.

to do what you are asking by macro rather than manually, you would either have to enter sufficient details to locate the item, or click on the item in April, trigger the macro, then locate the position for the item to go (it would mostly be the next month, but not guarenteed) which, with your sheetnames would require a table of sheets/months, and then trigger the second part to cause the paste.

It looks much easier to simply Cut and Paste the whole line from Apr to Mar.

but perhaps others have a better idea.
