AutoFilter problems

Dear friends,

Please help me with problem:
In Excel 2007 I found out that I have problems with Autofilter - I filter some data (example, all articles that come to stock 0), and want to delete in that column all zeros. After I cancel filter, I found out that many other data have been deleted. I attach the file which shows that situation - if I didn't explain well.

I used that option in Excel 2003 many times and it worked perfectly.
