other way i can explain is find text anytown and move to column 3

I have thought about cut and paste but there are over 3000 address to move

it is better to use Text to columns feature of Excel
copy the data to new sheet before you try this
then select the column of data
go to Data > Text to Columns and select Delimited (next) > check space option only (next) and finish.
you can now copy the 2nd column which only contains anytown to your desired column.
