slight tweek needed

how do i get a script to run if

in cell C2 it says "TL" or "Team Leader"

eg if C2 = "TL" or "Team Leader" then run "Macro1" if c2 = "IBC" then run "Macro2" , if C2 = "CSR" or "SMM" then run "Macro3"

and so on..

thanks it works , my scipting was wrong
