User with AutoSum problems

it should help, yes.

Perhaps we can discover what the user is doing to cause this.

If the user does not use Personal.xls this should be deleted (search for it)
also, the *.xlb file can also be deleted. (both with Excel closed).

the .xlb is Excel's 'default', and will be re-created when you start excel.

Personal.xls saves your personal items, macros etc, used by some but I always delete mine if one is created.

If the user is not aware of Personal.xls then rename it or delete it.
If the user uses Personal.xls (which I doubt in this case) then rename it for a test, and replace it after the test.
