Dividing months into weeks.

Hello.

I have a sheet with 12 columns

Row 1 contains names of months.
Row 2 contains the number of weeks that the month above have. This is
working weeks so it is sometimes values like 3.6, 4.7 and so on.
Row 3 Contains quantity

On another sheet I would like to create a 52 columns layout where:
Row 1: Month in the same number of columns as weeks in the current month
Row 2: Week number
Row 3: The monthly quantity divided by number of weeks in the current month.

Is there a simple way to do this?
I have attached an example of what I need to accomplish.

I hope you have some ideá on how to resolve this.
