Link location within and across sheets

My workbook has many sheets. Each sheet has logically different sections of information. For easy navigation, I want to create index links (preferably buttons) that I can copy at top of each sheet so that clicking on a button will take user to the linked location within sheet or some other sheet based on link.

Added button, selected it, Insert->Hyperlink... is diabled

So trying macros. Naming my starting cell like 'Nutshell' and then attaching macro with the button. Macro looks like:

Clicking the button takes the control to the cell named but I want the cell to become top-left corner of my visible area in the spread sheet. How to do that?
