Im new to excel i need help

Im new in excel and i cant find a way to do this. I attach a pic file of somehting i want to do. But is there any easy way for adding the cell together but must maintain the order. Ex. A must first followed by B and so on, futhermore, if there a CApital A and a lower case 'a' the capital A goes first.
