    Sort Options

    I have a large amouny of data. The information will be used by several people. I need to be able to set up lists of data that can be viewed by users selecting a button(s) which sort the data into various groupings. Is there a quick way of performing this task.

    Without delving into macros & code, try investigating the Custom Views feature of Excel (see under the View menu).

    This allows filtered lists to be preserved, saved, and named, so that a different presentation of the data is available to different users by them selecting the custom view required.
