    problem with auto filtering

    I've set up a basic spreadsheet with columns for employee name, start date etc. (i've set these column headers witht he autofilter)

    and i've been using the form to enter some new details.

    when i try and filter the table the most recent entries are not included in the range that is filtered. i have to turn off the autofilter and then apply it again.

    can i make this update itself somehow?

    If you set the filter automatically it will only go to the last piece of information.

    By highlighting the whole sheet or a suitably large number of rows before selecting the filter option (remembering that the autofilter only works on the first 1000 pieces of unique information), new information added to the lower rows should be included in the filter.
