Question related to text entry

I have my main worksheet and I want to be able to type a name of an individual in a particular cell. I want the text entered in this same cell to transfer or rather appear in another worksheet in another cell. Forgive my stupidity, but I can't seem to find an answer if there is one...

you can directly link them. Click on the cell that you want the info to appear in. type = then click on the cell where u will enter it originally.
