How do you stop some rows scrolling with the scroll bar?

ie. how do i keep column titles at the top even when i scroll down. ive seen it on many sheets, but i cant find out how to add one myself, and i dont know what its called to look it up.

it's like some kind of page break or something, I'm sure you'll all know.

    Thanks,

    Alex
