Any idea how i can make a chart from a list of dates in a table, many of the dates are the same so is there some way i can get it to count how many of each date and plot it on a bar chart?

Hello there,
It’s not exactly clear what you are trying to achieve from the information given. Can you provide a small zipped sample of your data together with a better explanation of what you are trying to do, then hopefully a solution can be found.
To post a zipped example, go to “My Documents” or wherever you have your file stored, right-click and “Send to > Compressed file”, then attach this to your post.

Sadly i cant attach the table as it is at work, but ill try and describe better what i am doing. I ave a staff training database, it consists of a list of the staff and the date they have been trained. I want to create a graph which calculates the total number of poeple trained on each date. so for example if in the table there were 2 people trained on the 1/1/2007 i would want that shown on the graph. I have so far tried using a pivoert table which works but is not autoupdated and can not work with new data being added and taken away.
Hope this is a little clearer.
