    Hi,

    no idea, but

If two (different) team members create Shared books, does this apply to both books? ie, that only the creator can update?

Has the drive details changed to permit one-only update access, or to permit creator-only update?

Does this happen on other drives?

Is the first person (for the day) who opens the book permitted to update?

    any other details?

    Hi,

if it's all documents and workbooks on one drive only then you need to look to the drive settings, but unfortunately this is an Excel forum, you need to find some place that answers Network questions for whatever Network system you are using.
