Generation tree Issue

Hello folks,

I was making a generation tree of 6 Generation during my liesure hours, when i faced a few issues. I have MS Office 2003 installed.

1) I was trying to make the tree in Organizational Diagram, which turned out to be tough ! i was not able to see the complete diagram until made to 25% view. Is there a better option ?

2) I made a second excel sheet whose first sheet has the names of all the members in the tree. I have created seperate worksheet for each user. My requirement is :When i click the name from the list, it shld take me to the respective sheet !! Do we have any better idea ?

Hi,

In answer to your first question, you may be able to see a little extra by selecting the range you have all your cells in and then click the drop-down arrow on the % zoom icon and picking selection.

For your second question you could use hyperlink from your the name on the first page to the name on the individual sheets
