Suppose I have 8 countries:

Camerron
Uganda
Tanzania
Ethiopia
UK
US
Germany
France

How do I do a filter that selects just 5 of them

e.g.

Cameroon
Uganda
UK
US
France

Either use a helper column e.g Say data in Col A enter a 1 In Col B next to the criteria to filter on

Then select the two columns and filter on the 1's or you couls use advance filters
