Daily trades sheet..How to make dynamic.

Im trying to make the Excel sheet we currently print out and hand write infor into more dynamic. I know it is sad!
What I want to do is:
- Have the sheet with pull down box since we tend to trade the same 25 stocks each day.
- Another pull down box for the clients (always the same 25 banks) we have traded with.
- Finally Im trying to have the sheet shared among 5 brokers (in-house) so that each time a broker trades he/she can imput into the sheet and and if the other brokers hit F9 the sheet will update.
