Finding Hidden Cells, Rows, Columns and Finding Comments

try this

go to Tools > Options > View tab and under Comments category check Comments and indicator press Ok.
now select the whole sheet (Ctrl+A, you might need to press A twice) then to unhide rows and columns
press Ctrl+Shift+( (to unhide rows)
and then Ctrl+Shift+) (to unhide columns)
