Function Fill Issue

Hello I have a problem. I need to figure out how to do is fill everything from F17 to AD34 with the appropriate functions. All of the E column is filled out correct in the FT area. Is there an easy way to correctly fill the rest of the columns?

When I fill down from f5and f6 to f34 the R and O references do not go sequentially for some reason and skip numbers

If I try to fill right from the E column, The sheet remains instead of carrying over to 1/26 and the references go up one letter, which I do not need although the numbers are correct.

So I get half of what I need with down and the other half with right

Please Help.
