Search for a person and return all matches including all info on person.

I am wanting to create a simple phone book that if you search on the name John will bring back all the John's listed.

Please see the example attached unfortunatly I am not the worlds greates excel bod and I'm struggling.

Hi Jon,

The simplest way would be to split the Forename and surname placing them in adjacent columns. Then just create a pivot table and job done.

I'm struggling with the pivot table I can get it to show the names and towns etc but I cannot get it to show the phone numbers.
