Pivot table: repeat row data in all cells

Pivot tables regroup common data into merged cells. I need to have the pivot table repeat all cells even in sub-hierarchical groups:

I have:

date	cust	sum
		
jan	x	1
		2
	y	3
		4

I need:

jan	x	1
jan	x	2
jan	y	3
jan	y	4

any suggestion?
