Adding a space to text in multiple cells

Is there a way to edit the text in multiple cells without have to go thru and edit the whole workbook?
ie 1:30a to 1:30 am

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to be a bone head. But I have pasted into a new cell and replaced the originating cel
=Substitute(A1,"0a","0 am")
=Substitute(B10,"0a","0 am") Still not working.
What am I missing?

Assuming all of the times are in column A, in cell B1, use:

Copy the formula down, then copy, paste special, values.

Select the cells, go to Find, enter 1:30a, then Replace 1:30 am, then click All.
