Formula question-How many true's compared to overall number of inputs?

I'd like to know the formula for summation of like statements (ie. How many true's compared to overall number of inputs. Eg. 3/5)

Attached is an example of what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

="("&COUNTIF(C2:C6,TRUE)&" Out of "&COUNTA(C2:C6)&")"
