Can't find right formula

Hi, all

Problem: I need to extract value in each row to column B for from cell in A column wich contains just one value in most highest cell. Can somebody help?

but that's not exactly what I need. Array in file is just short example. Originaly i need to get data from one of the column of pivot table (column lable). The height of source cell from where data should be extracted differs from one to another. Such approach couldnt be applied.
