Try this :

For Each usrcomm In ActiveSheet.Comments
With usrcomm
.Shape.TextFrame.AutoSize = True
End With

if you are uncomfortable with macros, then download my add-in via the link below and goto Ultimate > Cells > Comment Tools and find Autosize Cell Comments under the Report/Format tab.
