    Question Darn Sumproduct

In C38 I need the Sumproduct of B4:B33 to find all Days in January and add the numbers in Column 'A' to get the % of Days Off in the Month in C39.
I have tried several ways to use the Sumproduct from the Web Page used
on this Forum I even tried adding in the (Left) after (Month) what am I doing wrong???
The last time you all helped me My Bosss liked it and Come up with wanting
%'s of the Month & Quarter Year, so I came up with this.
The Employee will fill it out for the Days He or She takes off Work

    Try

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(MONTH(B4:B33)=1)*(A4:A33=1))
