Mask Listbox Values

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the correct term, but is it possible to "mask" listbox values? i.e. display one thing for select but have the value as another.

To put this in context I'm using an Indirect function to select column, but would prefer to list a more descriptive term.

Tips appreciated.
