Thanks for the reply, but i'm a bit stuck as to where to start with this. where do i copy and paste the macro into and will it work with each new sheet of data i add daily?

Hi,

Link below shows how to get started.

It won't update automatically. You would run it as and when you want and it deletes the old sheet for you
