delete extra rows at bottom

I know that it has something to do with the fact that I used the "paste special" function - I just don't know how to get rid of the formatting or whatever seems to be in the cells.

I tried deleting the extra rows, but they don't "delete."

if you have correctly selected the rows as per my post, and deleted them, then saved and exited the file, then the filesize IS reduced.

If you have not yet saved the file then, of course, the size will not correctly reflect.
