Combine different rows cells to create an new row - Flight Leg vs Flight Segment

Hi,
I have a excel problem I need help to solve but first, to help me, you have to understand the difference between flight legs and segments.

for a route of three cities, for example:

Los Angeles (LAX), Miami (MIA) and New York (NYC).

We have 2 legs:

LAX-MIA and MIA-NYC.

Now, on this same route we have 3 segments:

LAX-MIA, MIA-NYC and LAX-NYC.

Basically segment is the combination of all cities on the route, but always following the plane direction, we cannot have, for this example, an NYC-LAX segment, because the plane is going the other way...

Ok, now, I have this table with flight legs and I need to turn them into segments. Iīve tried everything, but I couldnīt combine the origin and destinations in a way that generates all the combinations for a flight.

Iīm sending an example, in the "leg" worksheet I have the legs for three flights and in the "segment" worksheet I have the segment for the flight (so that you know how it should look like).

Somebody has a smart solution for this?
