AND operator in excel ????

Is it possible to have two conditions in a if statement , linking using AND
For ex,.
IF ( A2=5 and A5=5)
then do this...
IS this possible in excel or not?

you fill in the blanks

=IF(AND(A2=5,A5=5), if so do this , if not do that )

Just to add if the condtions are text you need will need to add quote marks

E.g

=IF(AND(A2=5,A5=5), "if so do this" , "if not do that")
