Talking Printing onto envelopes from cells

Hi! I'm a newbie and have never used this forum before but was hoping someone could help me out...

I have information in 2000 cells in the A column and I need to break up the information and print them onto envelopes. Since the names and addresses are all in the same cell, what is the best way to separate them to print properly on the middle of an envelope (without having to go through each cell individually?

    Thanx!!

    Hiya PoohLikesHunny!

What you need is something to find and seperate the text with. Could you post a string of text from one cell as an example?

    Chris.

    Hi Chris,

Attatched is an example of my problem. Example 1 is how my spreadsheet is set up. I need it to be like example 2 to do a mail merge. Do I have to go through each cell and separate it manually? Or is there a formula that will do this for me?

Also is there, perhaps, a way to print these to envelopes without separating them?

    Thank you!
