I am creating a case tracker for social workers to track when their reviews are due. Reviews are done every Thursday, so if my tracker says its due next Monday, it actually needs to be completed this Thrusday, or it will be overdue on Monday. I have a formula that calculates all the dates depending on the IDC date and whether it is 30 or 90 days between reviews. Then I highlight the dates with conditional formatting so things due next week are yellow and things due this week are red.
However, so they don't have to look at the actual dates to see if they need to move the review date up, I wanted to change the start date of the week to Friday, so this week would highlight this Friday to next Thursday, and next week would highlight the next Friday to the following Thursday.
I'm hoping I can do this in the toolbar but if I need to use formulas, would you tell me where to put the formula, and if I need to layer it over the formulas in the date cells, can you tell me how to do that?
