data table print outcome

when i want to print cahrts containing data tables the data table in the normal view, does not look like the one ín the print preview nor the final sheet printed out. The main problem is that the number of digits that are shown in one cell of the table vary from table to table. is there any possibilty to determine the numer of digits or chnage them by hand?

Believe you only need to use from the main menu :
Format > Cells > Number > Number ...

if i have a common table in a worksheet you are absolutly right...but i have charts with a data tables and the data is imported from other workbooks....my problem is that i cannot format indivual cells in this table...
