    days left till contact

    Hi Guys,
    Hope you can help - I'm putting together a customer list and i would like 2 columns within this that would include - column 1 would be titled "Review Date" and column to would auto calculate "Day till review" I was trying to use =(G3-NOW()) however this did not calculate correctly and also does not minus if you miss review date. Are you also able to have Days till review in green text - changing to red if due date or after?

    thanks for your help with this

    =G3-TODAY()

    should work if you format the cell with formula as general, then you can use conditional formatting to colour the cell if you wish

    Format > Conditional formatting >

    cell value is ... greater than or equal to 0
    green font

    cell value is ... less than 0
    red font

    Hello Pbraid,

    Along with Daddylonglegs advice, be sure to format the cells in Column 2 "Days Till Review" in Number format.

    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross
