Convert months to months and years

Do you need it as a macro which implements 2 cells (say, Years=A2 and Months=A3) or as a couple of cells in which are directly shown the equivalent numers of years and months?

Ideally the result would be in one cell but evern if i had two cells with the number of years and another with the number of months I could join them together
